Imou Rex VT 5MP Wi-Fi IP Camera with Display

The Imou Rex VT 5MP Wi-Fi IP Camera is a smart and versatile security solution designed for homes and workplaces, combining powerful imaging with convenient on-device viewing. Built with a 1/2.7" progressive CMOS sensor, it delivers 5MP ultra-clear resolution (2880 × 1620) for sharp, detailed footage. Its 3.6mm fixed lens provides a wide 108° diagonal field of view (87° horizontal, 48° vertical), while the pan (0–355°) and tilt (0–90°) functions ensure complete coverage without blind spots.

Unlike standard IP cameras, the Rex VT is equipped with a 2.4-inch built-in display, allowing quick live monitoring directly from the device. For reliable performance in all conditions, it features 20m (66ft) infrared night vision, ensuring round-the-clock surveillance.

Connectivity is seamless with Wi-Fi (IEEE802.11b/g/n/ax), supporting up to 50m wireless range in open areas, and full compatibility with the Imou Life app for iOS and Android. It also supports ONVIF integration, making it easy to connect with third-party NVRs and security systems.

The Rex VT camera balances performance and efficiency with H.265/H.264 compression and up to 15fps frame rate, reducing storage needs without sacrificing quality. Additional features include 8x digital zoom, two-way audio with a built-in microphone and speaker, and intelligent detection modes such as motion, human, and pet detection, along with configurable zones and abnormal sound alerts.

For storage, it supports microSD cards up to 512GB, providing extended recording options without relying solely on cloud services. Compact and energy-efficient, it consumes less than 6.2W on DC 5V1.5A power, and is built to operate in a wide range of environments (-10°C to +45°C, <95% RH).

Measuring just 63 × 60 × 124.5mm and weighing 250g (0.55 lb), the Imou Rex VT 5MP Wi-Fi IP Camera is lightweight, portable, and packed with advanced security features—making it an excellent choice for modern surveillance.
